LootCrate Special: Studio Ghibli Special

Hey all!  I’m so excited about today’s post because it’s something that I have been eyeing up for a long time. I’ve actually seen several LootCrates around the internet and a few friends have gotten one or two boxes before.  I love boxes and I love comics and anime so this company is basically the best thing ever!

I’m teaming up with LootCrate for this post! I recently learned about a fun new project being run by Loot Crate. Loot Crate, if you’re unfamiliar with them, is a geek gift subscription service that send all sorts of pop culture related items to your door. The project encourages fans to pick out a theme and the items they’d love to include in their own personal dream crate. So, if anyone is interested, feel free to post something! I’m not tagging, more telling and sending out an open invitation. Each box is traditionally 5-6 items that total about $50 value, but this project is about a DREAM box, so all bets are off!

On to my personal ideal crate! As of lately, I’ve reintroduced myself to Studio Ghibli entertainment (movies such as: Howl’s Moving Castle, My Neighbor Totoro, and Kiki’s Delivery Service) and I can totally see there being a LootCrate box based off of these wonderful movies! For these items, I am taking from items I have found online in various places, which I will link next to the picture along with a quick description.

It’s hard to make sure that I do justice to this amazing set of movies but I know that LootCrate is the place that would do it right! And I know this is more than they usually put into a box, but it’s a dream crate right?!  Just imagine opening your front door and finding this box sitting on your front step and honestly I would be so excited!! There are other items I was considering putting into the box, but if I was to make myself completely happy I would need a box for each movie…

What would you like in your own personal geek box??
